Requirements: An Android phone and internet connection to get started.

🚀 Getting Started

Step 1: Download the App

Open Google Play Store on your phone

Search for "Smart Uni"

Tap "Install"

When done, tap "Open"

Step 2: Create Your Account

For New Users:

Tap "Don't have an account? Register Here"

Type your phone number (example: 0675537700)

Tap "Continue"

Check your SMS for a 4-digit code

Type the code in the app

Create a PIN (you'll use this to login next time)

Step 3-5: Complete Your Setup

Choose Your School: Look for your university (UDSM, ARU, ATC, CUCoM, etc.)

Choose Your Course: Find your program (like BSC-CompC for Computer Science)

Choose Your Year: Pick Year 1, Year 2, or Year 3

Type your full name

Choose your gender

Read and accept the terms by checking the box

When you open Smart Uni, you'll see:

Your name at the top with a friendly greeting
Today's Sessions showing your classes (if any)
Four buttons at the bottom to navigate the app

Notes - Read class notes uploaded by Class Representatives

👨‍🏫 Class Representatives Guide

This section is only for Class Representatives (CRs)

                                How to Become a Class Representative:

                                • You cannot make yourself a Class Representative

                                • Only the system administrator can assign this role

                                • Contact your university or Smart Uni support if you should be a CR

🎯 Adding Subjects (Do This First!)

Tap "Add Subject"

Fill in: Subject Name, Subject Code, Select Semester

Tap "ADD SUBJECT"

You need to add subjects first before you can upload notes, assignments, or Q&A for them.

Class TimeTable:

Venue Name, Instructor Name, Module Name
Session Name, Select Day, Start & End Time
